Ownership Makes The Difference
My name is Scott Gibbens. In the summer of 1988 I started a cleaning service with the
hope of someday having a big company with many employees. Well, my company grew
and had several employees, but by 1999 I was ready to get out of the office cleaning
business. My frustration stemmed from the turnover and lack of quality sometimes
associated with part time employees.
I decided to create a unique approach for our small to medium size buildings. Instead of
hiring part time employees, I helped people start their own cleaning business and
contracted with them to clean through our group. This would allow us to grow and develop
a niche market for smaller buildings, giving each group member a vested interest in the
buildings they cleaned.
For our larger facilities we eliminated supervisors and hired working team leaders to
support our well paid cleaning professionals. A team leader that cleans with our staff is
more effective than a non-cleaning supervisor.
Today we continue to grow with many owner-operators and well paid cleaning
professionals contributing to our success. Our company cannot be successful if our group
members do not succeed. It is our goal to provide consistent quality cleaning for your
facility.
